Sarit Blue Deals November – 2025 Campaign

  1. General Requirements
    1. Google Account Sign-In: A valid Google Account is required for verification and completion of the booking form.
    2. Eligibility: Only registered Sarit tenants/brands are eligible to participate.
    3. Single Brand Policy: Each booth represents one brand only. Bookings are strictly non-transferable. Once confirmed, the brand name is removed from the availability list.
    4. Internal Coordination: Tenants must ensure internal approval and alignment before submitting bookings to avoid duplications or miscommunication.
    5. Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Sarit and the participating tenant, superseding all prior discussions, communications, or understandings
  2. Booth Pricing & Allocation
    1. Pricing: KES 15,000 + VAT per 3m x 3m booth for the event period. Fee includes booth setup, tables, chairs, and power supply.
      1. Event Duration: 27th Nov (setup) – 1st Dec (set-down) 2025.
      2. Trading Days/Hours: 28th – 30th Nov, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
      3. Setup/Set-down Hours: Between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
    2. Space Allocation: Booths are allocated strictly on a First Come, First Served basis, subject to submission of the completed booking form and full payment.
    3. Confirmation Deadline: All bookings and payments must be finalized by 2nd Oct 2025, 5:00 PM.
    4. The standard booth includes three maroon chairs and one table, which are complimentary. Any additional furniture or accessories – such as extra, spotlights, shelves, or lockable cabinets – will incur charges.
  3. Mandatory Recce & Compliance
    1. Recce Meeting: A compulsory site visit will be held on 13th Nov 2025, 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at Sarit Expo Centre.
    2. Discount Policy: All products/services must be sold at a discount price, with before-and-after prices clearly displayed.
    3. Compliance: Tenants must comply with:
      1. Sarit event policies and branding guidelines.
      2. Health, safety, and fire regulations.
      3. All applicable Kenyan laws and statutory requirements.
      4. Any directions issued by Sarit management before or during the event.
  4. Marketing & Promotion
    1. Tenant Obligations: Tenants must actively promote their participation using official Sarit Marketing Templates starting 31st Oct 2025 to 30th Nov 2025.
    2. Brand Guidelines: Booth setups, signage, and promotional materials must comply with Sarit branding and aesthetic standards.
    3. Post-Event Feedback: Tenants must complete post-event surveys or provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  5. Retail & Operational Requirements
    1. Stock Management: Tenants must maintain adequate stock levels to meet shopper demand throughout the event.
    2. Booth Presentation: Booths must remain clean, visually appealing, and properly staffed during trading hours.
    3. Customer Service: All booth staff must demonstrate professional conduct at all times.
  6. Liability, Insurance & Indemnity
    1. Tenant Responsibility: Sarit shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or incorrect pricing of tenant products or property. Tenants are strongly advised to obtain security for merchandise during trading times.
    2. Insurance: Tenants are strongly advised to obtain adequate insurance for merchandise, equipment, and liability for the duration of the event.
    3. Indemnity: The tenant hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sarit, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of participation in the event.
  7. Cancellation, Termination & Penalties
    1. Cancellation Deadline:
      1. Cancellations made before 30th Oct 2025 will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the booth rental value.
      2. No refunds will be processed for cancellations made after this date.
    2. Termination by Sarit: Sarit reserves the right to terminate a tenant’s participation without refund in cases of:
      1. Misrepresentation, non-compliance, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
      2. Failure to maintain the required discount policy.
      3. Misconduct by the tenant or its representatives.
    3. No-Show Policy: Failure to set up or trade will result in forfeiture of all fees and may affect eligibility for future Sarit events.
  8. Force Majeure

    Sarit shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, labor disputes, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.

  9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
    1. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising under these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved amicably through negotiation. Failing which, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the laws of Kenya, in Nairobi, in accordance with the Arbitration Act.
    2. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
