Introduction

The Sarit Spin the Wheel campaign will run from November 4, 2024, to November 30, 2024. These Terms and Conditions govern the campaign, and the use of Sarit Parking vouchers issued as part of the Sarit Spin the Wheel campaign. When you Spin the Wheel, you stand a chance to win 2 hours or 3 hours of free parking or one Megnet offer from a list that will be provided for selection. By accepting the voucher or the Megnet offer, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not accept the voucher or a Megnet offer.

The Sarit Digital Parking Voucher is a digital voucher redeemable through the Sarit Loyalty app. The voucher is valid for parking at Sarit on the day of issuance. To participate, one needs to register on the Sarit Loyalty program.

Campaign Period

The Sarit Spin the Wheel campaign will run from November 4, 2024, to November 30, 2024. Sarit reserves the right to terminate the campaign at any time during this period, without prior notice.

How to Get the Parking Voucher and Megnet Offer

1. Spend KES 6,000 or more on a single receipt or cumulatively during the day.
2. Visit the Customer Care desk at the stipulated hour which will be communicated through the Sarit P.A. system.
3. Present your receipt(s) totalling KES 6,000 or more.
4. Participate in the Spin the Wheel event which will be located on Ground floor near the Customer Care Desk between 1.00pm and 2.00pm.
5. If you win a Sarit Parking Voucher or Megnet offer, visit the Customer Care Desk and provide your Sarit Loyalty registered number to receive the voucher or Megnet offer.

Sarit Parking Voucher and Megnet Offer General Terms and Conditions

1. Validity: Sarit Parking vouchers are valid for the day they are issued. The Megnet offer selected can be redeemed later as will be agreed by the participant and Megnet when the participant visits Megnet.
2. Free Parking: The voucher offers the shopper two or three hours of free parking at Sarit on the day of issuance.
3. Voucher Generation: Parking vouchers can only be generated by the Sarit Customer Care Desk.
4. Redemption: Vouchers are only redeemable for parking at Sarit and can only be used through the Sarit Loyalty App. The Megnet offer will be redeemable as agreed between the participant and Megnet
5. Single Use: Shoppers can only use one parking voucher per parking ticket. Megnet offer is also redeemable once.
6. Qualification: To participate, shoppers must present their receipts for checking and the receipts must be for the day in question and not earlier.
7. Receipt Stamping: Receipts will be stamped on the back to prevent reuse.
8. Shopping Requirement: Shopping must have been done in stores within Sarit on the day the voucher is issued or the Megnet offer is given and not earlier.
9. Spin the Wheel: The Spin the Wheel event will be held for a specific hour between 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, but the timing may be changed at the discretion of Sarit management.
10. Non-Transferability: Parking vouchers are not transferable and can only be redeemed by the recipient on the Sarit Loyalty registered phone number that the parking voucher will be issued to.
