By participating in the Sarit Kids Corner Event (“Event”), you (“Parent/Guardian” or “Shopper”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. General Participation
· The Sarit Kids Corner is open to everyone between the aged of 0 – 100 Years.
· All participants below 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
2. Supervision and Conduct
· Parents/guardians are expected to ensure their children behave in a respectful, safe, and cooperative manner.
· Sarit reserves the right to remove any participant or parent/guardian who fails to adhere to staff instructions or disrupts the experience for others.
3. Photography and Videography Consent
· By attending the event, you will be required to sign a consent form granting Sarit, its partners, and affiliates permission to take photographs and videos of your child(ren) and/or yourself.
· These materials may be used for promotional and marketing purposes across Sarit Mall’s official platforms (print, digital, and broadcast).
4. Loyalty Reward – Double Points Promotion
· All Sarit Loyalty App users will receive double points on all purchases in participating stores made on 21st and 22nd June 2025.
· Ensure your purchases are captured via the app or submitted for validation within the promotional period.
· Points will be awarded according to the Sarit Loyalty Program’s existing terms and conditions and may take up to 72 hours to reflect.
5. Data and Privacy
· Any personal information collected during opt in (e.g. for registration) will be securely stored and used only for Sarit Marketing event-related communication, safety, and administration.
· Your data will not be shared with third parties without your express consent, except as required by law.
6. Event Adjustments or Cancellations
· Sarit reserves the right to amend the program, change the venue setup, or cancel any part of the event without prior notice in case of unforeseen circumstances.
· Updates will be shared via official Sarit Marketing channels.
7. Health & Safety
· All guests are expected to observe any government-mandated health protocols in effect at the time of the event.
· Basic first aid will be available on-site for minor incidents.
8. Liability Waiver
· By attending, you agree that Sarit is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage sustained during the event unless caused by gross negligence.
