Overnight parking charges of KES. 1,000 apply past 7am.
Replacement fee for lost ticket is KES 500 (Non-refundable).

Parking Instructions

Collect ticket at the entry device.
Pay the applicable parking fees at the pay point.
Surrender tickey at the exit device.
Exit the car park within 15 mins after payment.

Parking Regulations

All vehicles and content are left at the owners’ risk. The management will not accept responsibility for an damage, accident or losses.
Speed limit is 10 KPH.
Illegally or improperly parked vehicles may be clamped and/or towed at the owners’ cost and risk.
All incidents in the car park must be reported at the security office.
Damages to the parking equipment and facilities shall be chargeable.

Eliminate the hassle of paying for your parking on each visit by getting the Sarit Prepaid Parking Card at the Customer Care desk located on the Ground Floor. The card allows quick and easy card-controlled entry and exit to the Car Park A, Car Park B, Car Park C, and Silo Car Parks.

You can check your card balance as well as top up your card at any of the Paytech Ltd Automated Parking System (APS) machines located in all our entries to the center.

Sarit has several cark parks easily accessible from all sides of the mall. Please remember to pay for your parking at one of the pay stations located near the mall entrances before going to your vehicle.

Car Park A

This car park is accessible via Lower Kabete Road or Pio Gama Pinto Road and is open for use by shoppers. Remember to pay for your parking at one of the pay stations before exiting.

Car Park B

This car park is accessible via Lower Kabete Road or Karuna Road and is open for use by shoppers. Remember to pay for your parking at one of the pay stations before exiting.

Silo Car Park

This new car park is accessed from Karuna Road and is open for use by shoppers. Remember to pay for your parking at one of the pay stations before exiting.

Car Park B (former Multichoice Premises)

This car park is accessed from Karuna Road and is open for use by shoppers. Remember to pay for your parking at one of the pay stations before exiting.

Street Parking

In addition to the ,mall car parks, there is public parking available along Karuna Road and Pio Gama Pinto Road.

Please note that the public parking spaces are managed by the Nairobi County Government and you must find an NCG attendant and pay for your parking before leaving the car unattended.
